This is a technically advanced product because of the way it combines all of the worlds best communications technologies all rolled into a single device. With a single push button, a “Hearing Impaired” sign-language video interpreter appears on screen.
This machine can make video and phone calls using broadband connections without any traditional phone lines. All wireless or Wi Fi, the unit incorporates VoIP (Voice over IP) technology to transport video and audio over the internet. It has full email and web browsing capabilities as well as traditional TTY and VRS for additional hearing impaired capabilities. With the addition of Video-Email, this phone is perfect for airports, hotels, shopping malls and destination resorts.
Advertising Kiosk
The PAV unit also doubles as a full Video & Audio advertising kiosk unit. Advertising Play-list are established for each phone, or by phone groups or by site locations and is completely controlled by the phone/location owner. The phone has built-in intelligence to utilize a video play-list and check the advertising server for new & revised video content. This advertising capability brings advertising dollars to each publicly accessible phone in order to create and enhance the revenue streams.
